TUPAD (Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers) is DOLE's emergency employment program: short-term paid community work for displaced, underemployed and disadvantaged workers.
Ano ang ginagawa
- BIGKIS chapters help members prepare and submit their documents to DOLE.
- Chapters coordinate with DOLE provincial offices, the Department of Agriculture and the LGU (courtesy calls in Occidental Mindoro, Santiago City and Ambaguio).
- TUPAD work in 2026 included community clean-ups, flag-ceremony assemblies and a vegetable harvest in Brgy. Sawmill, Villa Verde, Nueva Vizcaya.
