One stalk bends. A bundle stands. BIGKIS Inc., in full Bigkis Bayanihang Masa – Sincere Advocacy Responsible Action Incorporated, is a chapter-based people's organization founded in 2022 and based in Quezon City. It ties local community groups (bawat lokal na samahan) into one movement for livelihood, service and unity.

Its members are farmers, vendors, parents, youth and displaced workers. BIGKIS links them to government livelihood programs such as DOLE's TUPAD and DSWD's Sustainable Livelihood Program, and runs its own self-help projects: community gardens, mushroom growing and a resort enterprise in Misamis Occidental.

    The team visits the mayor, the barangay or the agency office first. Every chapter starts with the LGU's blessing.
